Kyiv refused Yalta and Minsk

In resolving the conflict, Ukraine sought to achieve a long-term fair world, Kyiv will not arrange agreements in the Minsk-3 and Yalta-2 format. This was declared by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga, reporting Interfax-Ukraine.
