The Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and Communications has stated that from March 3, it will not be allowed to leave the country for journalists and artists. It was reported by RIA Novosti.

The Ministry noted that due to the gaps in the national law, traveling abroad as part of the temporary permission is often not returned on time. The ministry found the problem at the end of 2022 and repeatedly called on the Government to solve it, but this did not happen.

The changes proposed by the Ministry of Culture stipulating the requirements for a temporary departure for men of the draft age, people working in the field of culture, information security, strategic communication and communication. As a result, from March 3, the Ministry will no longer transfer Google's support letters to Ukraine's border service because of the departure of those above the country.

Recalling that for more than three years in Ukraine, the regime of the law of military law and global mobilization has been operating. Departing from Ukraine for men from 18 to 60 is banned. In order to avoid military service in the process of mobilizing in this country, criminal liability in the form of imprisonment for up to 5 years is provided.
