Actress Gwyneth Paltrow told Goop's Podcast that she began to abuse alcohol due to destructive forest fires in Los Angeles.

Paltrow, 52, clarified that she rejected alcohol after he worsened her menopausal symptoms.
Now I drink less – maybe a glass per week. <...> My symptoms (menopause) completely beyond the control. The first time I really realized a causal relationship, she said.
According to Paltrow, she always had insomnia, but after menopause “experienced a period of extremely difficult”.
I just woke up, and I was covered by anxiety, which I have never been in my life. I lay in bed and thought about every mistake I had made … And I couldn't sleep, probably six o'clock. It was crazy, the actress said.
